# Liquid Staking

Atlantis provides liquid staking solutions on Monad, unlocking staked liquidity while enhancing yield with MEV rewards. Our integrated staking section allows users to earn rewards on their **MON** tokens while maintaining full liquidity for DeFi activities across the Atlantis ecosystem.

## How Liquid Staking Works

Users can deposit **MON** tokens into Atlantis's, which automatically delegates tokens to a curated list of high-performing and reliable validators powered by [**aPriori**](https://www.apr.io/).

When users stake **MON** tokens through Atlantis, they receive **aprMON** tokens representing their share of the staking vault and accumulated rewards. **aprMON** serves as a liquid representation of staked **MON**, enabling users to participate in DeFi activities while earning staking rewards.

*Sounds complicated? It's really simple.*

### **Stake MON → Receive aprMON → Earn Rewards + Keep Liquidity**

1. **Deposit MON**: Stake your **MON** tokens through Atlantis
2. **Receive aprMON**: Get liquid staking tokens representing your staked position
3. **Earn Double**: Benefit from staking rewards + MEV-enhanced yield
4. **Stay Liquid**: Use **aprMON** on Atlantis

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://atlantis-dex.gitbook.io/whitepaper/integrations/liquid-staking.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
